At Prévenance, we offer to our guests some sort of dynamism of the seasons of Japan which makes you feel like walking around the mountain or feeling the sea breeze. That is the cuisine, which is powerful and delicate, emerging from such a simple cycle.
Fascinated with extraordinary products, I travel around all over Japan to meet and talk with each producer. By spending a time together, I can see his personality and the story of their land.
Expressing such a thing on a plate through my own filter, I hope you spend the most pleasant time with our cuisine and feel delicious from the heart.
